Omega 3s Cure
Omega 3's are essential oils the body needs. It is important to obtain both Omega 3's and Omega 6's and in the correct proportion. The Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio should be in the neighbourhood of 1-3.
Popular sources of omega-3's include flax oil, hemp oil, chia seeds, fish oil, Perilla oil, olive oil, and walnuts. Flax is somewhat controversial as it does not have omega 3's and omega 6's in the right 1-3 proportion like hemp. It also goes bad very fast and turns into a carcinogen when rancid. Some have suggested strangely enough that taking flax seeds will actually leave the body more deficient in essential fatty acids. In all likelihood you are probably better off with hemp oil than flax seed oil.
Essential oils are great for cardiovascular, immune and nervous systems as well their derivative components.
It's speculated they are good for brain health (like Alzheimers) because Omega 3's are key components to brain cells.
