Salicylates Cure

Salicylates Cure

Salicylate is the essential ingredient in Aspirin and is in essence a blood thinner and anti-inflammatory.  Aspirin is dangerous stuff that you don't want to take too much of.  What you can do instead is to get natural source of salicylates that because aren't in an unnatural hyperconcentrated form are much safer to consume and you can get roughly the same benefit.  For example, 4 almonds have roughly the same amount of salicylate as a 5 gram aspirin tablet.

A lot of ailments that stem from circulation or inflammatory issues can be aided by salicylates (such as Alzheimers).
