Caster oil is considered one cure, but by far and way the most popular and successful cure is apple cider vinegar.  Douse a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply it to your mole.  Change the cotton ball every 12 hours (roughly) and the mole should scab up and disappear in a couple of days.  Careful that you don't cause your mole to bleed as this could awaken the cancer in your mole (that' why you have them).  Apple cider vinegar should work for both raised and flat moles.
