Description

Muscle cramps are quite common due to a mineral imbalance (specifically calcium and magnesium) and due to a vitamin e deficiency.  Apple cider vinegar and honey is a popular remedy.

Other causes include deficiencies in potassium and b vitamins.

Other tricks include quinine (tonic water has it), consuming baking soda, applying mineral ice to the cramp, pinching the upper lip with your thumb and forefinger, and wearing socks up to the midcalf.
