Try soaking your feet twice a day in 50/50 water/apple cider vinegar or apply apple cider vinegar topically before and after going to sleep.

Generally speaking most natural cures talk about keeping your feet as dry as possible to kill the fungus.  Sandals are your friends.  Some suggest antiperspirants, but the aluminum in these make them quite dangerous and you should not use them for Athletes Foot.
