Description

First things first, avoid prescription antidepressants as they are very dangerous and can cause many bad side effects and many studies have shown that they aren't very effective.

For depression consume apple cider vinegar which will simulate the liver to vanquish the toxins in your body which are a frequent cause of depression.  The liver will then also be better able to produce seratonin (also good for depression).

One of the things Kevin Trudeau recommends is taking walks outside and looking at things in the distance.   Exersize in general helps with depression as does vitamin D, 

While vitamin D can help greatly against depression (especially Seasonal affective Disorder) there are alternitives to taking pills.  You can go outside but for many living further to the North can't get enough vitamin D even if they are out all day everyday.  A trick is a light box (like the Happy Light) which can supply you with the vitamin D you need).  Another trick is st. johns wart. Be careful with sunlight and st. johns wart as they don't mix.

Vitamin C, Vitamin b6, and zinc also can help with depression.
