Phytoestrogens Cure

Phytoestrogens are sometimes known as 'dietary estrogens'.  They can provide some of the benefits from consuming estrogen directly (like for menopause) but without the nastiness associated with hormone replace therapy.  There is some controversy with phytoestrogens as some argue they cause more problems (hyperthyroid, hairloss) then they cure.
